The System Administrator can by using System Option # 56 enable Activity Note Security by defining how long a user has to make a change to an existing activity note. If this note security is activated, users can edit only the notes they have created, and only for a short period of time after the note was created. The values are:
..0 ...= Notes
are completely secured and cannot be edited at all.
1.-.6 = Notes
are secured and can be edited within 1 to 6 days of being created.
