We recommend a minimum daily full SAVLIB for AW4L and a SAVDLO for your documents. You should make this part of your standard i Series (AS/400) emergency contingency plan as well. It is possible to do a Save while Active, if you don't typically shut down your iSeries (AS/400) operations.
You should also back up your entire ActionWare environment weekly for normal activity and monthly if you have a low volume of changed records. This includes backing up standard libraries AW4L, AW4G, AW4, and the DLO, document folder, that is in the standard version called AW4.
