Loading Data

You can load data into ActionWare using any of the following methods:

• Users key in the records by hand.

• Your company can write a mapping program to load data using the TFRC transfer file.

or you can modify and use our sample load program called MAP010. It has been provided in the QMODSRC file (MAP010) in Library AW4. The program source can be modified to reflect your data loading requirements. You can use the iSeries (AS/400) Source Edit Utility (SEU) or Program Development Manager (PDM) to view and modify the source. You must have the RPG/400 compiler installed to compile the program.
