If you have a question concerning ActionWare, consult your internal ActionWare System Administrator. The System Administrator is entitled to seven hours of Technical Support Desk help during the 12-month license period, and an additional seven hours for each subsequent 12-month period under the Annual License Fee. We provide support for the current version of ActionWare and the version immediately prior to the current version.
