The Other Options menu provides access to features in ActionWare plus access to legacy add-on products such as RemoteMagic and CallCenter Manager. Neither of these two add-on products are currently supported in Development, however several customers still use the legacy products therefore the options continue to appear in the Other Options menu. Several options on this menu are no longer used at all. They are features that were available through IBM programs but are no longer supported by IBM. They are: Send Message, Send Note, Calendar and Mail log.
The Other Options Menu is available by Pressing O (Other Options) on any contact record.
