This activity feature allows you to send a break message to the target (userID) by choosing Y (Yes). The break message alerts the target that there is a pending activity waiting. The default is N (No) unless you select values 1 or 2 for urgency. It is assumed that if you consider the urgency high for a given activity that you would automatically want to alert the target that there is an urgent activity pending.
