Most of the information you maintain in your contact records will be entered and displayed in data fields . These fields are created at setup and maintained by your System Administrator. This customization of data fields in contact records facilitates ease of use of the database for your company. Your System Administrator can duplicate any requirement you have to keep data or information about any subject whether it is a customer, vendor, product, project or even for internal use. This is done by simply creating a data field in an appropriate Data Layout and Panel for you to key data. The choice of which Data layout, what Panel to use and where it appears on that Panel is made by your System Administrator.
