These are notes that are not associated to activities and are usually not time dependent. Instead, a note header appears on the activity panel containing limited data, code fields only. Where fields can contain the street address, city, state and ZIP code information of a location, a Descriptive Note can describe how you drive to the location, for example, "Take second exit, drive two blocks, turn right and look for the green house."
This sort of narrative information is not suitable for a field, yet it can be crucial to your work with customers, clients, companies, and products. Although descriptive notes are arranged in chronological date order, it is possible to view them separately from activities and their activity notes because there are three different displays.
