You can use a specific type of window called a listbox that lets you select an entry from a list of acceptable entries. Listboxes are attached to data fields . When a field provides a listbox, all you do is move your cursor to the field and press F4 to view the list of entries and or information in the "listbox" for that field.
It is also possible to setup listboxes with default entries and/or with a command that will insist on entry into that field with data from the acceptable listbox entries only.
