ActionWare can automate the recording of inbound and outbound calls using activities. Record the time and call duration, and log the information on a contact record as well as a separate PHON (phone) file for report purposes.
Calls and activities are scheduled using activity commands in the activity panel. You can schedule activities for records in the database and track their progress to completion. Use this feature to schedule calls, meetings, mailings, and follow-ups of any kind for yourself or any other ActionWare user on your system.
