Using Contact Records

We will cover navigating through existing Contact records, adding, changing and deleting records. How to search (GoTo functions) for a specific Contact record. We will also cover Marking a Contact record, plus the View and Sequence menus.

Contact records maintain information relating to active and potential customers, as well as other businesses and individuals. The more information you include and maintain in your database, the better you're able to serve them.

Where possible commands for common functions start with the 1st letter of the desired command. Add is A, Change is C, GoTo is G, P is Print and so on. Your System Administrator is responsible for setting up Security in your database. Security may extend to which userID's are allowed to add, change or delete data. If you find that you cannot do these functions than you should consult with your System Administrator so that you are authorized to those functions you need to use.
