Using Other Options

The Other Options Menu is available by Pressing O (Other Options) on any contact record.

You choose an option by placing the corresponding value in the Selection Prompt, Press Enter. These options are further explained as indicated in the related topics. The shaded options are no longer used.

Opens the Run a Contact Filter window

O

Opens the Filter Options Selection window if a filter is active, otherwise, it opens the Select a Filter window. The Filter Options Selection menu includes the following options: Display List of Filtered Records, Reports Menu, Mass Mailing Options, Overlay Control, and Return with Filter Active

Transfer file options

Opens the Transfer Menu which allows you to import or export data to or from ActionWare

Opens the General Reports Menu which lets you print or display a variety of reports

Opens the Work with Queries window, this IBM product is now called Query for iSeries. You will need to refer to your IBM manual for information on using this product.
