View

Displays a list of contact records by sequence. The current View appears in the top screen bar at the extreme left. Press V for View, select a value, select a record from the displayed list by keying 1 next to it and press Enter. That contact record will be displayed and the Sequence of the database will be changed to the value selected.

unviewed Message activities

displays a list of pending activities created with messaging set to Yes

displays a list of completed activities by userID
